Jokester (Earth is room enough) by Isaac Asimov

What it is about:

A short story in the book, "Jokester", written in 1956 (!), is surprisingly relevant to today's Generative AI and ChatGPT hype, it describes how a "Multivac" computer can answer any questions that humans pose.

Why it changed my thinking:

Once you get past the corny, official punch line (no spoiler), the story really is about what is left for humans to do in knowledge based careers when machines can answer everything. When I read it, it convinced me that the ultimate achievement in learning is to know what questions to ask.
